Happy New Year!

Happy End of 2022, everyone!
Thanks so much for all your lovely comments and messages this year about my social media posts, Irish & Australian photo galleries and my books, especially my most recent: The Godmothers, a new UK/Irish edition of The House of Memories and Marcie Gill and the Caravan Park Cat (my first book for children.)
I also want to send a huge thanks to everyone involved in one of my most treasured moments of 2022 – the unveiling in November of a sculpture of my 10-year-old self, beside my childhood home and the Riesling Trail in the Clare Valley of South Australia. The sculptor Paul Leditschke created a beautiful artwork celebrating books, reading and the power of imagination, and I am so grateful to him, as well as Allan Mayfield, Sue Wurst, Di Hood, Mayor Allan Aughey and everyone on the Riesling Trail committee for this huge honour. It means the world to me.
I hope you enjoy this final photo gallery for the year. Here’s to a peaceful end to 2022 for us all, and as much happiness and joy as possible in 2023.
PS And if any of you visit my sculpture in Clare in 2023, please do send me a photo!
